This is one of the most common cause for poor sexual health. Being overweight predisposes you to diabetes and raises lipid levels and make you look unattractive. Stamina is also less so you tend to tire easily. Obesity cause obstruction of blood flow to genitals at the time of arousal, causing ED in males and Vaginal Dryness in females. 30-40 Minutes brisk walking in morning, adequate protein intake, very restricted sugar consumption and controlled fats in diet help you in this regard. It help to build your stamina, reduce stress and improve blood circulation. Some studies indicate that mild exercise just before sex is likely to improve your performance in bed.

Obesity- Each 5 kg of overweight reduces the blood supply to penile vessels by 5-10%, causing reduced hardness and less pleasure. Your stamina is also reduced so you tend to tire easily. Sex is a game to be enjoyed best by fit partners. So avoid putting on extra kilos on your waist line.

Lead an active life. 30-45 minutes of moderate exercise will boost your testosterone level, improve fitness and tone up the perineal muscles.


It is amazing to see men of all ages getting crazy for a treatment to get the size and thickness of their organ increased. Don’t try these fancy medicines and aids as they may be extremely dangerous for your general and sexual health. I have seen many young men with injuries to genitals, landing for emergency treatment after using such devices.

X rated movies or other material can have its pluses as well as minuses ,depending on how it is used. I come across so many youngsters, coming with request to increase sex power. I usually ask them, “To what level you want to increase your sex power?” Many come up with answers like ” As I saw that man in a particular movie” . I came across a young boy with non consummation of marriage . his wife’s demand was to have sex the way she saw it in a movie. The man in movie was performing in all acrobatic styles for at least 1 hour so first night first thing told to the boy was to last for at least 1 hr . No wonder the boy was scared to the extent that his poor penis never attempted to raise its head. To add salt to injury, she told everyone that the boy was impotent. The boy came to me for help ..

I requested him to bring his wife along in next visit. The first thing I enquired from his wife was” Can you jump from 3rd or 4th floor and continue running there after, as I saw a heroine doing that in a movie”?” She said- No, She can’t . “OK”, I said. ‘” Can you fight with 4-5 goons if you are attacked with an intention to harm you physically or sexually?,” I again asked. She said,-she was not sure but probably she can’t. I said ” You are right BECAUSE WHAT YOU SEE IN MOVIES IS A FICTION, INTENDED TO ENTERTAIN YOU” In real life, you can”t and shouldn’t try to copy them. Like bollywood or hollywood movies, the material in porn movies is meant to give you excitement for some time. The models performing the acts are carefully chosen and paid to perform certain acts so their motive to perform is money only but in real life, we indulge in sex to procreate or recreate. On my explanation, she understood the point and the poor boy could initiate his married life in true sense.


  • Try to focus on the pleasure you are getting from what ever foreplay , not on the performance of your penis. Penises don’t like to be watched when they are aroused. The moment you shift attention away from penis towards the pleasure part, it will start working better
  • Try to be particular about the body hygiene in general and genitals in particular. Don’t let foul smell of tobacco, alcohol,gutka, or bad smelling mouth spoil the mood of your lady and expect her to lubricate generously in response to your advances. Similarly for ladies, brushing teeth , slipping in to neat, tidy and arousing set of clothes , not letting the mood of hubby spoiled by smell of kitchen left overs, baby urine etc. before going to bed will go a long way in GETTING IT UP nicely.
  • Don’t repeat the same routine of a hug for some seconds, kisses here and there , removing and moving in- finish. It will stop giving pleasure and lead to reduced sex derive. May be different positions, at different places ,in different situations ,at different times in day keep the fire burning.
  • Never forget to switch off the mobile phones , close the door properly and take things in your hands . Just enjoy the present moments, not worrying about the past or future
