Sometimes, men are unable to ejaculate, despite good desires and erection. This is very distressing.

PRIMARY CAUSE

When it was present right from the beginning, man has never ejaculated. This may be due to

Psychogenic Cause – Also known as Congenital Anorgasmia. Man has never ejaculated but night discharge may be present. Excessively strict upbringing may have some contribution.

Hypopituitarism – There is poor or no development of the prostate and seminal vesicles hence no semen/sperms is formed, so though there may be feeling of orgasm but there is no ejaculation.
